Some articles on Fit After 45 Women, especially in our Gear section, contain affiliate links. If you click one of these links and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission. It costs you nothing extra.
How do affiliate links affect what we recommend?
They do not decide what we recommend. We choose gear based on what is useful for women in midlife: joint-friendly, simple to use, and fairly priced. We also tell you what to skip, including products that would earn us a commission.
How can you tell which links are affiliate links?
- Every post with affiliate links has a disclosure at the top.
- Retailer buttons such as “Check Price on Amazon” are affiliate links or will become affiliate links.
- We never list fixed prices. Retailer prices change, so always check the current price before you buy.
